This compact design was the result of a challenging 337sqm site, near the beach in Papamoa. Having such little space required very clever design, with very little Hallways or wasted space. To add volume, raking ceilings were used through the Living spaces and a post-less corner stacker was used to blur the outdoor living with the Kitchen and Dining areas. Clad in vertical Cedar and stackbond brick, with Colorsteel boxed gable ends to give striking road appeal.
