This project was formed from a unique set of ingredients and a client with a particular vision in mind. Located on an awkward bow-tie shaped site of only 543sqm near the Fairfield Bridge in Hamilton, our client wanted a high-end home that would suit semi-retired empty-nesters. The outcome was this 3 Bedroom + Study home with a large open-plan Living/Dining/Kitchen. Two of the Bedrooms and a Bathroom can be ‘closed off’ and only used for guests or when the kids come home, the design follows the angle of the site boundaries with the hero being a 6.8m corner stacker out to a covered outdoor living area, which really is an extension of the Living area, complete with fixed radiant heaters and bench seat. The easy-care back yard is perfectly aligned to the North, very private and quiet, considering busy River Road is only 30m away.
