Designed for suburban Papamoa, our client was very specific in not wanting a typical suburban home. This resulted in a north-facing ‘U’ shaped home, large sun-filled Bedrooms and an open-plan Kitchen, Dining and Living area with raking ceilings. The ‘U’ shaped formed a very private space to locate the swimming pool, while maintaining enough grass for the kids to play on. Finished in black painted bricks and black board and batten.
