Designed for the high-end residential development of St Kilda in Cambridge, making a bold, modern statement was a must. In collaboration with Rivergrove Homes, this design was carefully thought out to capture the northern sun throughout it’s open-plan living areas, which ties in with the energy efficient ethos of St Kilda. Clad in a combination of aerated concrete with a plaster finish and vertical Cedar results in a modern and simple form, with the internal exposed trusses really opening the living spaces up.
